A: We offer customization services covering specifications, configurations, functionality and appearance. We also provide mirror machines and peripherals. For more details, please send an inquiry to our sales team.

A: We offer free first-time installation training. We can send our engineer to customer’s factory for a complimentary 7-day initial installation and training service. Customers are responsible for covering travel expenses, including airfare, visa fees, meals, and accommodation. Any additional installation or training beyond this period will be charged at USD 100.00 per person per day.

A: Yes, it does. We will train your workers. Meanwhile, safety doors, photoelectric sensors and other facilities are installed on the machine. Warning signs are posted in prominent positions to ensure production is carried out safely and in compliance with regulations. You can also add more safety - production facilities based on what we've provided.

A: Under the guidance of professionals, regularly clean the machine body and components. Do a good job in lubrication and electrical inspections, calibrate the accuracy, replace vulnerable parts as needed, and maintain the production environment.

A: Die cutting machine, 30-40 days usually. If urgent, 15 days only.
Sheet cutting machine, 20-30 days usually. If urgent, 15 days only.

A: One year warranty. We provide free repair services for any failures caused by us within one-year warranty time. We also offer lifelong maintenance services and technical support. We will supply normal parts within warranty period to ensure better users experience. Spare parts are free of charge for the first year, but customers are responsible for the delivery fee.

A: Every machine has been under manufacturing in strict accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management System and CE Standards. By implementing the 7S site management mode, every process, from the inspection of outsourced parts, part processing, whole-machine assembly, to ex-factory inspection, is systemically guaranteed.
