Focusing on Precision Manufacturing – Russian Packaging Industry Delegation Visits Zhejiang Dayuan Machinery

On April 8, 2026, a Russian delegation visited Zhejiang Dayuan Machinery Co., Ltd. for on-site visits and exchanges. Many members of the delegation have long been partners of Dayuan Machinery and have practical experience using the company’s post-press equipment. This visit further deepened bilateral communication, helped Dayuan Machinery expand the Eurasian market, and served as an important practice for the company’s internationalization strategy.

At the beginning of the event, the delegation entered Dayuan Machinery’s equipment exhibition hall, where Dayuan's technical team demonstrated several machines on site. Two key models attracted particular attention.

The flagship BHT-3S1060TTRSCE die cutting machine, equipped with Dayuan’s original three independent servo-driven stations, supports asynchronous operation. It can complete hot stamping, deep embossing, die cutting and automatic blanking in one paper pass. An on-site demonstration integrated holographic positioning hot stamping and deep embossing, showing stable and efficient operation, with a maximum speed of 6,200 sheets/hour and die cutting accuracy of ≤±0.075 mm, effectively solving the industry pain points of cumbersome processes and low efficiency of traditional equipment. The SMC-1100 sheet cutter machine, equipped with an embedded dual-rotary spiral knife (patented invention), has a cutting error of ≤0.1 mm and a maximum cutting speed of 540 cuts/minute.

To gain a better understanding of the product quality control system, the delegation visited the production line, including the parts processing center, assembly workshop and quality inspection process. They focused on the company’s 7S standardized management system and precision manufacturing capabilities, and highly praised the rigorous control and exquisite quality of "Made by Dayuan".

At the end of the visit, both sides conducted in-depth exchanges around equipment application, process adaptation and overseas service support, fully exchanged cooperation ideas, and accumulated important consensus for Dayuan Machinery to further expand the Eurasian market.
