Dayuan H-1716CR/CHR web-fed digital printing machine is designed for continuous printing on roll materials. Adopting a roll-to-roll inline process that integrates digital printing with post-press finishing, it helps customers achieve stable, efficient large-batch production.

This plate-free digital printing machine enables instant printing upon startup via high-definition inkjet technology, delivering prints with rich color saturation and exquisite graphic details. The digital printing unit is equipped with four rows, four sets, totaling 16 pieces of Japan Epson I3200-A1 micro piezo printheads in 8-color configuration. Running roll-to-roll in an inline process, it automatically handles feeding, printing, film laminating, edge correction and rewinding, and rolls the printed output into neat, evenly wound rolls, fully meeting the demands of large-batch continuous production. Its intelligent control system and high-precision mechanical components drastically boost production efficiency for users.

Automatic rewinding into finished rolls
The printing unit and the rewinding unit run inline to roll the printed output automatically, delivering neat and evenly wound rolls, facilitating subsequent processing and storage, and ensuring stable large-batch continuous production.
