A Deep Dive into Precision: Ningbo Printing Association Tours Dayuan Machinery's Manufacturing Facility

Recently, a delegation from the Ningbo Printing Association visited Zhejiang Dayuan Machinery for an in-depth tour, focusing on the company’s manufacturing capabilities in post-press equipment.

The tour began in the core equipment demonstration area, where members observed live production processes and operations of die-cutting machines, foil-stamping machines, and roll to sheet cutting machines. 

Taking the flagship BHT series multi-station die-cutting machine as an example, its "fully servo-driven independent motor system" allows each unit to operate independently. When combined with a central positioning quick-lock system, it enhances plate change efficiency by 50% over traditional equipment. On-site operators demonstrated a single-pass process achieving both holographic positioning foil stamping and deep embossing, efficiently producing the complex textures required for high-end packaging. The equipment stably runs at a speed of 7,200 sheets per hour. The innovative design and outstanding performance captivated the members, leading to frequent pauses for in-depth technical discussions.

The delegation proceeded to the precision machining workshop, where CNC centers from leading international brands like Germany’s DMG Mori and Japan’s Okuma were organized by processing category.

Under the live demonstration by technical staff, the members observed up close the entire workflow of core components being transformed from raw materials into precision-finished products. For both large-scale transmission shafts and components as minute as screws, the use of 5-axis machining technology guarantees an accuracy within 0.005mm. This precision ensures seamless assembly and long-term operational stability, highlighting Dayuan’s deep integration capabilities within high-end equipment manufacturing and the broader supply chain.

The visit provided the guests with a multi-dimensional perspective on Dayuan’s comprehensive strengths: they not only witnessed firsthand the efficiency and precision of the equipment but also gained deeper insight into the company’s robust R&D capabilities—including a provincial-level enterprise technology research center, over 100 national patents (6 of which are invention patents), as well as ISO 9001 and CE certifications.
