The Dayuan C-1080BF Semi-automatic Full Sheet Stripping & Blanking Machine enables complete one-pass waste removal without mold changes, delivering high efficiency, easy operation, and greater production capacity.
As long as products fall within the machine’s working size range, it can fully strip all die-cut waste in a single pass for various box types, window holes, aircraft holes, and waste edges of front and back stitching.
One‑pass full stripping and blanking, with high efficiency, easy adjustment and simple operation, greatly improving production capacity.
The machine performs complete waste removal without mold changes. Its honeycomb plate frame and pins adapt to various box sizes and shapes. Lower pins support the product area while upper pins press the waste area for reliable stripping.

The machine can fully strip waste from both front and back imposition in a single pass.
