The key exhibit at this year's exhibition is the newly launched H-1716CH web-fed digital printer. The printing unit is handled by 8-color, 16 Epson I3200-A1 micro piezo printheads working with high-definition inkjet printing technology, producing high color saturation and fine pattern reproduction. Adpoting original Fiery RIP software, H-1716CH supports a full set of intelligent functions, from automatic web feeding, digital printing, tension control, edge correction, and slitting through to automatic cross cutting and automatic paper collection. Cutting accuracy reaches ±0.1 mm, so downstream processes can connect seamlessly.

The series is built for short-run and fast-turnaround production: no plate making is needed, and printing starts as soon as the machine is powered on. Printing, film laminating, cross-cutting, and sheet collection are combined in the Dayuan's integrated inline digital printing solution.

On the MHK series DUOPRESS automatic double hot stamping and die cutter machine with stripping, unit functions can be selected and combined to match process requirements. The main section of each unit runs on an independent servo drive, and the imprinting units operate asynchronously, with maximum pressure of 600T and a maximum working speed of 7,200 sheets/hour. Depending on production needs, production can proceed on a single unit or with both units in coordinated operation, keeping scheduling flexible while energy consumption stays low.

On precision control, the servo-controlled gripper bar positioning device and PLC touchscreen buttons allow each gripper bar to be calibrated individually, holding accuracy permanently within ±0.075 mm (invention patent). The machine suits high-end packaging products such as cigarette and liquor packaging, balancing processing quality with production efficiency.

BHT-1060CE Automatic Die Cutting Machine with Stripping

The BHT-1060CE automatic die cutting machine with stripping employs a variable speed worm gear drive device. Its short die-cutting stroke and large dynamic angle support multi-up high-speed production, at a maximum working speed of 9,000 sheets/hour. The advanced three-frame four-side stripping system moves the upper and lower frames while the middle frame stays stationary, removing waste precisely with fewer connection points, so plate scattering is effectively prevented.

Core technologies include a carbon fiber gripper bar, a micro-adjustable die cutting plate, and an advanced plate quick locking device, so complex orders such as cigarette and liquor packaging can be handled with ease.

KM-1500 Servo-Driven Double-Helix High-Precision Sheet Cutter Machine

The KM-1500 Servo-Driven Double-Helix High-Precision Sheet Cutting Machine is built around Dayuan's exclusive patented embedded double-rotary spiral knife, which delivers a maximum cutting speed of 540 cuts/min and a cutting accuracy of ±0.1 mm. A vacuum suction conveying mechanism provides balanced and stable negative pressure, so sheets stay close to the surface at high speed; warping, deviation, and vibration are kept under effective control, the paper surface is protected against marks and scratches, and cutting accuracy stays consistent. Cut surfaces are smooth and free of burrs, and finished sheets can go straight to the printing press.
