Strong Close for Dayuan Machinery at All in Print China 2026

Four Dayuan machines operated for five days at Booth No. N5A211 during the 10th All in Print China, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from October 12 to 16, 2026. Their processes span digital printing, hot foil stamping, die cutting with stripping, and sheet cutting.

The four machines were demonstrated individually in live operation. Collectively they address the complete process chain from pre-press to post-press, and the output of each stage could be examined at the booth. Attendance held steady over the five days, drawing printing and packaging companies from across China as well as visitors from overseas markets.

The H-1716CH Web-Fed Digital Printing Machine, launched by Dayuan this year, attracted the greatest attention at the booth. Printing, film laminating, cross cutting and sheet collection can be combined into a single inline system, and once the web is loaded, one pass carries the job from printing through to finished sheet collection. Plate making is not required, so short runs and urgent orders are no longer deferred by plate preparation or production scheduling; lead time is reduced, and small orders that would once have been declined are now within the machine's capacity. Items already in volume production can also be reprinted on this machine in short repeat batches.

Sixteen Japan Epson I3200-A1 micro piezo printheads are mounted in four rows of four and configured for 8-color printing. High-definition inkjet delivers high color saturation and fine reproduction of pattern detail. Anti-collision protection on the printheads, together with automatic cleaning and automatic moisturizing, reduces maintenance downtime and maintains stable output during long production runs.

Imported color registration software and a genuine Fiery RIP provide color control. Working from an approved customer proof or a set of target values, the system generates a color curve and applies automatic output correction, which eliminates most manual color adjustment and reduces the number of trial sheets. Printed color remains consistent with the approved standard from batch to batch, and after a change of paper or job the press can be matched again in a short time, reducing waste and shortening changeover.

Operating noise is low and the press runs smoothly. Platform suction, together with tension control, edge alignment and automatic cross cutting, keeps each sheet flat and correctly positioned, and cutting accuracy holds over long runs; finished sheets move on to die cutting and folder gluing without additional handling. One installation thus provides the whole digital printing line, from printing through to sheet collection.

The MHK-2S1050TTC DUOPRESS Automatic Double Hot Foil Stamping & Die Cutting Machine with Stripping addresses the complex processes required in high-end packaging. Its two imprinting units are independently servo-driven and capable of asynchronous operation, so hot foil stamping, deep embossing, die cutting and stripping are completed in one pass, compressing processes that otherwise require two machines and two passes into a single run. This reduces the accuracy loss caused by transfer between stages and removes the need for a second machine. Maximum pressure is 600T, and operation in single-unit or dual-unit mode can be chosen as the order structure requires. The servo gripper positioning system allows each bar to be adjusted individually and holds accuracy within ±0.075 mm over long periods, a requirement for products such as cigarette and liquor packaging, where foil stamping registration must be precise.

The BHT-1060CE Automatic Die Cutting Machine with Stripping addresses high-volume, multi-up orders. Die cutting and four-side stripping finish in a single cycle, and the sheets are discharged intact, with waste removed cleanly, ready for folder gluing. The stripping unit adopts a three-frame four-side structure, in which the upper and lower frames move while the middle frame is fixed, reducing the number of nicks so that sheets do not scatter during extended continuous operation. Maximum speed is 9,000 sheets/hour, so that large-volume work runs at high speed without loss of stability.

The KM-1500 Servo-Driven Double-Helix High-Precision Sheet Cutter Machine handles the cutting stage, where finished-part quality and process cost are decided. Equipped with Dayuan's patented embedded double-rotary spiral knife, it achieves cutting accuracy of ±0.1 mm and produces a smooth cut edge free of burrs. Trimmed sheets can be loaded onto the printing press without further treatment, so that a second trimming pass and the labor it requires are no longer necessary. Cardboard, coated paper, metallic board, aluminum foil paper and similar stocks are handled with stable results.

Orders were concluded at the booth on each of the five days. A number of customers reached purchase agreements after detailed discussions of machine configuration and production line planning, and expressed satisfaction with both the performance of the machines in live operation and Dayuan's research and service capabilities. Customer feedback gathered at the show from different markets has been passed to the engineering team as input for the next stage of product development.
