Dayuan MHK‑EC Series Automatic Die Cutting Machine with Stripping covers multiple sheet widths ranging from 1350 mm to 1900 mm. Tailored for cardboard and corrugated board processing, this multi-functional machine supports flexible material switching. It integrates high-precision die cutting and high-efficiency stripping to complete both processes in one pass, streamlining post-press procedures and improving production line efficiency while guaranteeing superior finished product quality.
Equipped with a Siemens touch screen HMI, it adopts a timing belt and intermittent transmission mechanism to maintain stable positioning accuracy during long-term continuous operation. Featuring a three-frame four-side stripping structure for thorough waste removal, the machine serves as a reliable solution for packaging enterprises to achieve efficient and standardized production.
Highly Customizable Solutions:
• Max speed: 6,000 sheets/hour; Max pressure: 450 tons, for long‑term heavy‑duty continuous production.
• Three feeding modes: single‑sheet, double‑sheet overlap and multi‑sheet overlap, suitable for various board thicknesses.
• On‑the‑fly sheet alignment adjustment available with optional high‑pile delivery and automatic batch delivery.
