Product Description
Dayuan BHT‑EC Series Automatic Die Cutting Machine with Stripping is designed for high-end packaging post-press processing, supporting multiple sheet widths ranging from 1350 mm to 1900 mm. The feeder adapts to die cutting processing of both cardboard and corrugated board, realizing dual-material compatibility on a single machine. It completes die cutting and stripping in one pass with a three-frame four-side stripping structure for thorough waste removal. Equipped with a German Siemens electrical control system and HMI, as well as an intuitive touch screen and variable-speed worm gear drive, the machine delivers precise control and user-friendly operation, meeting diverse post-press processing demands of high-end packaging.
High‑efficiency Production Performance
• Max speed: 6,000 sheets/hour; Max pressure: 450 tons, for long‑term heavy‑duty continuous production.
• Three feeding modes: single‑sheet, double‑sheet overlap and multi‑sheet overlap, suitable for various board thicknesses.
• On‑the‑fly sheet alignment adjustment. Optional high‑pile delivery and counting‑stack delivery for production line connection.
Premium Quality Output:
• Die cutting accuracy ≤±0.15 mm for stable and uniform dimensions in mass production.
• One‑pass die cutting and stripping for thorough waste removal and reduced manual post‑processing.
